Received an email yesterday stating that my account was suspended due to having another account associated with me. The issue i have is that i have deposited multiple times in the last 6-8 months and now that im up a little bit they suspend my account. They stated that they would close the current one and leave the other one open. Unfortunately the other account must have been created over 5 years ago , i have no idea what information that would be. I have moved multiple times since than and have changed email address which i don't have access to. I have sent multiple emails with the information to the best of my ability and still no response. They usually respond within 5-15 minutes. It's been a day now and no response. Can anyone help me get my funds back and get access to the account. Thanks!

First it’s multiple emails to them, now it’s multiple threads here. Stop both of these imo

If so, that's impressive. You're either running well, or WPN has some customer service over and above most poker sites right now.

The thing is, none of those emails were about multiple account issues. This isn't something they're going to resolve in 15 minutes. You're probably going to need a little patience. Maybe a lot.
