yes it is definitely him that money was sent to. that is his party name and in fact what he has listed on pocket fives. guess black friday did change a lot of things.

Amaterasu used to post in 2nl threads, isn't this kind of a stretch? Is there a possible way that a mod can confirm whether this Amaterasu was scamming from the US, or elsewhere?

I was just told about this thread. I can assure you I was not scamming $45 dollar money cards while playing the Wcoop Main Event yesterday. I will explain more when I am on break coming up. It looks like this guy was moving money around and scamming lots of ppl. I have your money Thoro, but I sent on stars. Also would be nice if you could take some of my personal onfo out of here at some point.

Sure it does. There are tonnes of shady people in poker. This is why people get scammed actually. They think, long time member somewhat known = legit.

Make it as well known as possible to everyone that ever searches his name, what a scum bag he is. The internet goes a long way.

Guys, unless you are planning on following this up pretty fast, it would be advisable to post any new info, like what SN's Dan sent to etc

No reason to keep this behind closed doors if we can prevent more scams

He just began posting again in his P5's account after not posting since march. All of his posts that I scanned through are in regards to transfers. Coincidence?

Amaterasu has also had a long layoff in his posting history.

DJA all of a sudden has a new account on 2plus2 made in August. A lot of his most recent posts are in the transfer thread.

Somehow Amaterasu supposedly scams thoro for 1k to a name on Party Poker that DJA solicits trades to and from.

This is not a coincidence, I hope I am wrong. Then again, I hope not.

Dan, I know you are playing poker right now. But if you truly have nothing to do with this, please find out ASAP what the SN you sent the money to on Stars was. Also please email them ASAP saying this person is a known scammer and not to allow the transfer to go through.....otherwise money lost....

Because people PMd me and asked. Let me make it clear how I got scammed. I had a post asking for Titan Poker money for Party Poker money on the 2+2 transfer thread. Amaterasu PMd me asking me to trade. After back and forth, said please send first which I stupidly did. He provided me details of Daniel Aldridge and screen name of DRidge215. Clear?

You are correct it is. It was just a reaction to being accused of scamming and being aware of this news. Also, I believe you called me a scumbag. Anyway the sn I sent to is (Ibeatu100x) on stars. I was aware that there was almost no play on the account as far as tournaments, this is when he brought up that holding and exchange site and said he just used the acct for that. He wanted me to send half to another sn (HottButtons) on stars but I declined and said he would need to do that himself.
