Normally within 24 hours during the business week, however it depends on the checks we need to make, which depends on the type and origin of the docs you sent, and on your player history.

This forum is not meant to be used for discussing specific account related issues, he simply needs something to identify you and escalate the matter / have someone look into it. All official communication should always go through the support by email.

^Thanks 39suited. I've been meaning to make a post on here along those lines as I'm getting a lot of PMs.

As a general rule any account specific queries are best going through normal support channels, who will generally answer quicker than me anyway. I'm happy to help here and there, particularly with weird issues and / or where the CS team haven't resolved queries fully, but I'd ask players to try them first where possible.

Not yet unfortunately. We're working on multi-currency accounts but for now everything is GEL.

Ok i have been checking this out since i want to try something new. First of all i cant deposit just get "transaction not registrered error" i was able to deposit 1gel for the add a card function.

So i played some and the client feels decent for a independet room however is it just me that is blind because i cant find any options for a 4 color deck.

Also when i tried to add money on the table and i did not have enough it said "not enought ......" good spelling there.

Also depsite having the site in english a lot of the information under the add cash/get cash is in some weird language i dont understand. Also add cash/get cash should rather say deposit/withdraw.

I guess someone with english as the native language should go trough every little inch of the website and client in order to give of a more professional vibe to the english speaking clients cause right now it feels like the website was translated by someone not that fluent in english.

You must first deposit 1 GEL and then enter the code which shows up on your online banking in the Cashier section before you can deposit further. For most people this will be instantly visible in online banking, but sometimes not. It's a slightly annoying security hurdle I know, but sadly necessary in the part of the world most of our business comes from to protect us form fraud - we're looking at ways of relaxing it.

I'm not certain though from what you've written that verification is the only issue you're experiencing. We've had a few queries along these lines recently from non-Georgian players and I'm concerned there is something we're missing, so I'd love to know more about your player journey and any errors you received. If you'd like to PM some details, like your username, country registered on card and its first four digits (identifies the bank) I'll look at this in more detail.

With regards to English errors in the client, I have noticed a few of those also, and it hurts my soul. The client is the fault of our supplier, but the website is certainly our responsibility and tidying up the copy there is on the list.

Adjara Casino is a brick and mortar casino in Georgia (the country) in the middle of their capital Tbilisi. AdjaraBet is their online casino. I spent a couple years living and teaching there and played a bit in both places during my time there.

That weird language you see is Georgian and Im not surprised about the small language errors. Even though many places try their best to get their English language right it is very hard to find someone who is both Georgian and has very developed English communication skills. Georgia, though a great and wonderful country (very stable BTW), is still a developing one. Even at their best, they sometimes come short of developed, western standards.

2008 and it was a 5 day war. There has been a lot of change in the past 5 years. There hasnt been any problems since then except for the politics between them, the two breakaway regions, and Russia. Its about like Argentina and the Falkland Islands now.

All true, Georgia has seen big reforms over the last decade + and is very stable nowadays. It ranks lower than many EU countries on corruption indexes and it's so safe I don't bother locking my front door.

As of this week it essentially shifted from an executive to a parliamentary democracy which is a further guarantee of stability.
