Is anyone else in the same boat as me? Saturday night 9/9 I was playing $1/2 blitz poker on my phone, I had been playing a while and after folding a hand I was moved to my own table with the message waiting for other players which I though was weird since there were a lot of players playing, about 5 minutes passed with the same message and no movement so I refreshed the page and then kept getting pop ups that I was disconnected from the server. I refreshed a few more times to only get the same message. I closed the browser and reopened a new one after logging in I noticed that the $1/2 game was removed from the list of choices and also all of my money I had at the time of playing was missing from my account (almost $400). I’ve been messaging support numerous times since Saturday night with no response, I’ve gone through their online email request, the bot to escalate it and directly emailing them and no one has sent me anything back nor have they given me back the funds that went missing. In my games history tab it shows that the game ended on 12/31/0000 so obvious tech error but it’s been 5 days with no response and still missing my money. Anyone have any advice or have a similar issue?

Yes I had exactly the same issue and I am currently investigating it with their support. They finally got back to me a few days later after 3 e-mails I sent them.

I just got my money back. I wish you all the luck buddy!

I recommend to keep spamming them with e-mails until they answer! Also try the form on their site: https://www.acrpoker.eu/support/. A mixture of both may get their attention!
