I was the 2nd player to eliminate dafran from his freeroll as you can see in the following vod - https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1700173854 - the bustout hand occurs around the 6 hour 51 minute mark. ACR support is emphatically stating that I was not one of the first five to eliminate dafran. Clearly I was the 2nd and video evidence supports this. Please be advised that this is sketch as hell and I expect to be paid ONLY because I have video evidence. In the future I will screen record these freerolls if I sit with a streamer and I suggest you all do the same.

Even when I get paid, this is unacceptable behavior on the part of ACR.

I'm also currently uploading the video evidence to my own youtube channel in anticipation of the VOD going away.

Edited to add that I posted a message about this on LATAM twitch channel and it was instantly deleted by a moderator.

I've reached out to a number of people on twitter and twitch but am open to suggestions on who else to contact.

Additionally, although you can see that the lobby says 5 bounties in the VOD, the e-mail thread with ACR support shows they agree first 5 eliminations are owed bounties.

I know I've presented a lot but I figure that more evidence is better evidence to show everyone there is no question that I am owed $1000.

I screen recorded the first 30 minutes of the tournament (from start to when I eliminate dafran) and uploaded it to my youtube.

I e-mailed support immediately after the bustout occurred with the hand # (and a youtube clip of the hand with # visible) and asking if they needed anything else from me. I was told payouts would be applied 24-48 hours after.

Support will not engage with my evidence or even acknowledge it, just sticking to their story (which is changing). You can see from my chat with the guy that runs their official Twitch channel they start by saying 5 were eligible but I was the 6th.

So now apparently I was the 5th to eliminate dafran (I was the 2nd), but only 4 bounties were to be awarded (five were to be awarded).

The best thing ACR has going for it is their history of (perceived) 100% payouts. This record is in jeopardy because they refuse to payout a bounty I objectively won.

They're paying out. I will update this one more time when I've successfully cashed out.

Very shortly after cross posting in NVG (sorry mods) and figuring out how to use twitter tags I got a new e-mail saying they will be paying out today (the $ hasn't hit my account yet, but I'm sure it is coming soon). I'll update this thread one last time when I've successfully cashed out. Thank you to the mods for putting up with my multiple posts, this community is an incredibly valuable resource.

Successfully cashed out $900. I don't know what happened here and I'm not going to speculate. It is still my belief that ACR is one of the better sites available in certain jurisdictions, as demonstrated by my leaving a hundred and change on site to play with. I'll just be sure to be vigilant in the future in these situations if they come up.
