Just logged in to ACR for the first time since Sunday and had more money in my account than expected. I checked my transaction history and I had some money added to my account yesterday that's described as "Game Integrity Reimbursement" / "Game Integrity compensation."
But I didn't get an email or anything about it, and I haven't found any kind of statement from ACR about what happened.
Anyone else have this happen? Or have any insight into what exactly the issue was and when/where it happened?
ACR just banned a bunch of bots and is in the process of compensating players that were affected, Patrick Howard (mobiuspoker on Twitter) was explaining it in an interview with Jungleman that was released today.
What are you playing on ACR? Curious what games/stakes were affected.
I play tournaments almost exclusively. (With the rare Spin & Go or whatever ACR calls them, and the rare 7CS/8 cash game.)
