ACR MISLEADING rakeback and deposit bonus?

Has anybody else run into this? I signed up for ACR rakeback and 100% deposit bonus. They have separate rakeback and deposit bonus pages listing how much money you've accrued back. However in the fine print - if you withdraw from one pool of money, it takes out of the other pool. Essentially, if you sign up for rakeback, you don't actually get a deposit bonus because they bonus you get back gets taken out of your rake anyway. I just found this extremely misleading and not the same way I remember it back when I played on Full Tilt back in the day.
Anybody else run into this or have thoughts???

Wow really? Ive heard of some sites doing stuff similar. I guess I wont be depositing on ACR now, I am already grandfathered in to the 35% RB at BCP

yeah - i found this extremely misleading and I'm disappointed I deposited into ACR.

Are they taking 27% of the bonus out or 100% of it?
