Hi everyone, I'll make a short description of facts:

- I had a verified PS account since 2007
- Used to trade money in 2011
- Guy shipped me $300 in PS (via p2p transfer, not chip dumping) for Paypal money
- 3 months later, PS locks my account and asks me to explain my relationship to the guy above
- I explain it was part of a trade (with proof) and they keep my account locked; to restore it, either me or the guy have to return the $300 to PS (don't know why, maybe the cash was fraudulent); PS support rubs item 5.3 of their TOS in my face alleging that I should know who the sender was before accepting the money (as if I have such an option)
- Guy disappears and never explains anything to me or PS
- Since I didn't want to return the $300 (and didn't have the cash anymore), PS decides to keep my account locked

All that stuff happened in 2011. I moved to another house (hence another IP) in 2012 and decided to create another PS account. Both of them have my real name, but only the locked one is verified. I've been playing with the duplicate without hassles (and never cheated, colluted or anything on either) so far, and have been able to move money in and out of PS easily too.

When FTP reopened for real money I tried logging in (same email as the locked PS one) and was unable to do it; I quickly got an email from FTP support saying my account there was locked as well because of the PS pendencies. I also made another FTP account and so far have been playing without any trouble.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I'm worried about PS somehow confiscating my funds/permabanning me for multiaccounting (it should be noted that I started playing with the duplicate a year after the other one was locked). I won't ever return the $300 needed to unlock the 1st account because it's just BS and I don't have $300 to give away like that either.
