At the same minute i transfert from my Stars to FTP they have locked my stars account but not my FTP account. I received the ''confirmation transfert PS to FTP'' email at the same minute as the ''duplicate pokerstars account'' email.

I dont know what i've doing wrong, i dont remember to made another account. i have my account for 4 years now. i try to find if something was wrong with my FTP account but i dont understand and im now stress i click refresh my email every 20 minutes.

Someone have a similar problem ? and someone can tell me if i have good chance to get my money back ? and someone can tell me how much time the verification service answer normaly ?

my account is the only one i cash-in real money, play real money and cash-out real money. i had never make collusion, fraud or anything else.

i have good chance to see my money back? someone know any other multi account story with a good ending ?

I made an account with Pokerstars about 7 years ago just to play play money, never deposited on it. Roughly 5 years down the line I'd gotten into playing cash games and made an account on there again not realizing I already had one and when I went to cash out they just sent an email that they don't allow multiple accounts and closed my old play money one. They didn't lock my cash account or anything.

Probably nothing to worry about if your conscience is clear.
