I decided to figure out what was going on. First of all, I found another player. Thanks to Sharkscope, I found out that he is also from Russia. I wrote to the Omaha Hi-Lo community on Discord to find this player. And he was found, writing to me himself. And he also got his account blocked. It turned out that this guy lives 4000 kilometers from me.
After several days of correspondence with the support team, they wrote to me that I had violated rule number 1. Here's what it says: "Only one entry per person, family, household and IP address is allowed."
I still don’t understand what the other player has to do with it. I have always only had one account on BetOnline. I always accessed the poker room from one computer, one Wi-Fi. Here on the forum I found at least one more similar case. Player zbignev was blocked for the same reason. And he also doesn’t know the player the security team is connecting with him. Therefore, I can assume that this is a system error related to IP addresses.
