Hello, I'm Rapidesh123, a brazillian grinder, I've waited for 9 days since the ban to create this post, giving bodog an opportunity to at least send me the reason of the ban, and my funds too. So far they have done neither, they haven't given any explanation, they banned me and said it was final:

I've emailed them and accessed the chat twice so far and they didn't respond me with the reason of the ban. They only sent me this (translated with google translate):

Some context:

- I've recently joined a cfp, metagame, they asked me to change the currency from brazillian real to usd.

- Bodog asked for my documents again, I had already verified the account before. In the first time (long time ago) I sent my ID, in the second I sent my driver's license.

- I've opened 2 verifications at the same time and sent my driver's license twice to bodog, it was taking too long, so I asked their chat, so 2 teams probably verified my account.

- After they verified, everything was fine, I started playing, after 2h I got disconnected and banned. I've received this email after the verification was over (translated with google translate):

- I've changed my strat since joining the cfp (1 month ago), my redline went up, historically my redline is negative and turned positive/breakeven.

- I've recently installed mammoth hand converter and bought pt4 for bodog, started using a HUD in there, in the last 2 years I've played without a HUD.

- Never broke the TOS of bodog, never bought HH, never even opened a preflop chart while playing, I have piosolver on my computer, but never opened while the bodog client was open (not even sure if that's possible).

After 9 days? How can they be so slow? Yeah, technically it isn't, so could some mod change the title and cut off the "and funds seized" part?

I’m an American, so I play on Bovada/Ignition. We don’t have “agents.” Is that something for the bodog skin or how they handle Brazilian currency?

No, fairly easy and quick to transfer funds to the site and back via instant wire transfer (pix). + always having the crypto option. Maybe they mistook the metagame guys for his agent, or that's how Rapi got his acc. Idk

My team asked me to withdraw the funds, I've tried to enter the account and it didn't happen. I sent them an email with the account name of the cfp.
