So I'm usually playing this daily tournament at online poker site called XX Poker. This is a small poker site where you know most of the regular players.
There is this guy called YY who is an usual tight player, nothing special about his gameplay. But in most tournament he plays, YY builds a stack, then proceeds to stall until he gets into the money.
This is not your usual tanking for every decision. When action is on him this guy waits until time is almost out than disconnects. This activates sites disconnection protection (which is really generous) and when he comes back online folds the hand. And next hand he does it again. Every damn hand in a row until the bubble bursts. This makes every other player at his table basically unable to play any hands, or play very few hands compared to rest of the tournament.
This is annoying as hell, makes me want to throw up when I see YY at my table.
What can I do about it? Is this guy breaking the rules so I can report him to support?
Since once he starts this play it benefits everyone at the table in terms of getting into the money while effectively hurting everyone else I'd think you'd hate it more if you don't see him and realize others will profit. Blame the site for allowing it.
