I registered for the one tourney then it wouldn't let me register for anymore. So I went back to my email and re-clicked the initiation tab thing and it works.

Just a heads up for anyone if they're having the same issue, that should work.

Me too - it initially only gave me 3 tickets - went back to the email and clicked on it again and got the other 21 tickets

so today an online rep told me i couldn't trade in my 1000 points in for $10 if i wanted to. Several other reps told me THIS IS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO WITH THE POINTS. Then the rep tells me " the points assist in bringing up your status and allows you to obtain rewards easier". Obviously they were referring to bonus points to release deposit bonuses, but obviously meant status points (the only points are actually able to view). I go on to ask what status and what rewards because all you offer are freeroll tickets if you play x raked hands or 5 tournaments, that has nothing to do with how many points i have, and i see no status levels at all. the rep says " you're currently a seven star member which is one of the highest levels they offer" i ask where can i see my level and what are the perks. Rep says " you get points easier for being a seven star member which" so i say okay what can i do with the points? rep says " at this current moment nothing ". what gives 888 rep? reps name was Ryan.

I have over 1300 points which means over $650 in rake ive payed. I get absolutely nothing for that? Not even the $10 for 1000 points i was originally told? oh yeah then i asked another question and Ryan said " one moment please" then comes back 5 minutes later saying " if youbrequire further assistance dial 1855 218 6234 " then leaves.

what the heck 888rep? what's the deal?

I'm starting to get annoyed with the point situation as well. 888 is my favorite of the sites, the software blows away Party/Borgata and the tourneys are more to my liking than WSOP but I'm starting to wonder if there is ever going to be a plan for the points.

I know you give away a ton of cash with the freerolls, but even they don't appeal to me in new format. If I'm playing 3-4 $15-$30 tournaments at once, I'm not inclined to open another window for a $200 freeroll.

I probably play 4X as much on 888 as I do Borgata and I just bought $25 comps at Borgata with my points. It woukd be nice to know I can use my 888 points for something

When I click on "account" inside the program on the right side, it crashes and you are forced to close it.

What is supposed to happen when you click the "account" button?

Just called in and luckily I realized they never enrolled me in the 50% rakeback, even after I called 2 times last week and they assured me I was enrolled in it.

2 weeks ago I was actually released out $44 for the 50% rakeback but the person just now said that was a 1 time courtesy.

Really shady, especially after having called in twice last week and promised I was enrolled in it.

Not sure what to do.

I didn't think moving to another site would make them auto release the rakeback that is owed to me.

Do you know why that would make them release it?

Nothing you debit going to make them release the rake they "owe" you. Isn't that pretty obvious? Hence you can either stay on site and play with people who "owe" you $ or move to another site. pretty simple.

It depends on your level... At the bottom level it's 100 points for $5, but there are 5 different levels. It cost me 88 points for each $5

that's incredible figuring we only get ten bucks for 1000 points, if that.

Has anyone gotten a new set of freeroll tickets after playing their 30 raked hands or 5 MTTs? I did it yesterday, but no tickets as of 8 AM today, as was the case with the 10K freeroll tickets.

Wondering if it's just me, or if others had the same problem?

Same for me. Played enough raked hands yesterday, but no tickets yet. Can't play any of the freerolls tonight.

I'll wait for the tickets to show up and play that day.

888Rep,

I posted this issue on the WSOP side last month, but I have not had any luck finding an answer and haven’t heard from a rep.

My account was closed on 888 and WSOP with out a reason why. I’ve called customer support and emailed both support and operations but I only receive a generic response that the account was closed by management and wouldn’t be reopened.

Could I PM you my account name to see if you can find out a reason?

Thanks in advance.

if it was obvious I guess I wouldn't have asked what I could possibly do...

maybe email in or try and talk to a higher up person maybe?

Another great 888 promotion....http://us.888poker.com/promotions/80-percent-rakeback/

Question for 888 rep. The promotion requires you to wager $500 at the cash tables in one day.

How can we track this??

Not to complain because it's a great promotion but it's advertised as 80% rake back until May 2014.

In the T&C's it says that you will be eligible for rake back until April 30th. Not sure why the promo is stating May.

Edit - I guess "until" is different then "thru". Still the wording is a bit confusing and you see May 2014...Ok end rant.

i am wondering this too. i am guessing it is how much $ you contribute to the pot that has been called. or all money contributed to the pot and you fold…. not going all in for 500$ and everyone folds lol

Yeah this is a REALLY confusing and vague promotion. It has big potential, but I need someone to officially and very definitively explain this one to us.

888 OFFICIALLY WINS THE INTERNET!

80%? How awesome is this. Please tell me there is no cap just like the 50% RB deal last month. By far the best site for players. I for one, am psyched.

I'm taking this as you have to have at least $500 accumulated at risk in pots over the course of a day for the promotion to kick in?

If it's that simply, this is truly a fantastic promo.

That's exactly how I took it. With the ridiculous promos they are offering including this and the 24/7 freerolls there is no reason to play anywhere else.
