Hi -

I played 5 tournaments on January 5th and should have received 2 more $10,000 freeroll tickets but have not received them.

Here is the response:

Dear XXXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting us and please accept our apologies for the delay in response.

Sorry to advise you.

If you play and complete a 10k tournament you would receive one ticket for that game.

Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

1. Sorry to advise me??? huh?
2. If I play and complete a 10k tournament you would receive one ticket for that game. Every time I play I get another ticket? What does it mean to complete it?
3. What does any of that have to do with my issue?

Tina C - you're going to do great in life.

For those of us playing today, are we going to be paid the 50% rakeback for today the 7th or is it over? I'm curious because I don't want to risk playing if I'm not going to get the RB. I get disconnected constantly and its the only thing that makes it worth dealing with this site at this point.

Also, what is the next promotion you guys are going to roll out? I don't want to sound like a jerk but with all of the issues with the site you guys need something to entice players to stay. I am one of them. I put in 8+ hours a day and the rakeback has been great, but once that's over, what's the point? So I can randomly lose whatever I have invested in the pot? Kind of ridiculous.

So rakeback is officially over. No reward program in site, just the same old blah blah we are working on it blah blah. No rewards and no rake make jack a dull boy. With traffic already not high on this site compared to party and wsop i guess it looks like 888 will be losing mine and many other peoples business.

oh and 888 rep the fact that all you can do with your points is trade 1,000 in for $10 is almost criminal. You guys do realize that we pay $500 in rake for 1000 status points. All we get back is a worthless ten bucks for out loyalty. Get your stuff together 888

Are you fun serious ? Hope this is not true! 1000 points = $10 wtf ! If this is true I won't be playing cash games here any more. No wonder why the rep told me they are working on the points store, he probably is too embarrassed to tell us all we get is $10. Not looking good for 888 esp when the 10k free-rolls and 50% are done, I hope they come out with another great promotion!

888 Rep,

Those of us who earn 2 freeroll tickets a day obviously can't use them all. Will we get something for our unused tickets when the freeroll promotion ends?
888poker USA (formerly Pacific Poker) Quote

They better offer something. Once these 10k freerolls end the traffic on this site is going to drop to zero.

I kinda figured but thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

Also, tournament traffic doesn't appear to have dropped off today. I am pleasantly surprised.

Tonite in the freeroll was good until the final table bubble, then lots of disconnects.

Brilliant, it was good playing with you. I ended up 2nd.

Yea it was brutal when we were on the bubble of the 10k final table, and we were all disconnecting. Congrats on the second place, you played great! I finished fifth, lost that JJ to A8 allin pre for the 1.2million chip pot at final table . Was a fun tourn, will be sad to see it go on Sunday. Please add a leaderboard with prizes, it would be awesome!!!

You have to clear it first or you will lose the bonus.

Is this standard policy across most all internet poker, or a seldom seen house rule?

This seems like really awful policy.

Like if I deposited $200, ran it up to $1100 and wanted to withdraw $650 but still haven't cleared $120 of my bonus I just lose that?

Hey 888,

A superbowl promotion without even a single pair of superbowl tickets?
