888 rep, are they going to open up the Stud and Stud H/L tables?

BoA transfer worked for me, but the amount was smaller. You might fly under the radar if you don't do it all at once.

Here I thought I was a nice guy and it usually takes the full three days for me, or sometimes they simply never arrive. I haven't gotten any since late last week, though I still have a couple to use in the meantime.

I keep getting disconnected late in tourneys. I got booted from the $10G last night when they were down to about 50 runners. (I mean, at least have the courtesy of bumping me when the blinds are tiny.) This was a tough boot, too, as I had to try a couple of times to close and restart the client before I could get back on. Cost me a SB and BB.

Earlier in the tourney I got the disconnect message and then I was sat out for a hands before I got back. Meanwhile, I was playing an 888 cash game on another window with no interruption.

FWIW, I also have the same 888/WSOP simultaneous disconnect thing going.

Yeah you seem like it, maybe one of your ancestors kicked puppies. But anyway, it's weird to hear about people having problems. My tickets and 50% has always been there clockwork.

Just to reiterate what I stated before, while 888 is working on a VIP program, there are scores of +EV promotions that you have been and will be able to take advantage of. The most recent promo is offering 50% RB and 50% buy-in back. I doubt that you are going to find any better anywhere else. So continue to enjoy the exclusive offers that are coming your way, I am sure you’ll agree that you’ve been spoiled thus far and we will continue to offer you probably the best offers in New Jersey.

Happy New Year all!

I agree. Just the tournament tickets have made me quite a bit of money in the last couple weeks. With the rakeback and buy-back offer I think 888 is the best site so far. Lots of tournament selection too.
Not affiliated with 888 - just my humble opinion

The iPad app is basically unplayable. Tables disappear out of nowhere and when I log back in I'm told a minute or so later that I'm being booted for an additional login. It has progressively gotten worse.

Still losing audio. In fact lost it 2 nights ago and now it's gone for good again.

Not reasonable to have to keep reinstalling.

Hey guys please send this over to support giving all your specs of what equipment you are using and also give your poker user names so that they can advise you, thanks.

+1

Bums me out because when I first downloaded the app it worked perfectly.

Now it is unplayable.

I did this the second time it happened and the support woman gave me a link to a DL for the software she said they usually give out when there are technical issues.

I reinstalled it and got back audio for maybe a day and lost it again.

Then about 2 updates later I all of a sudden got audio back out of nowhere for a few days, then boom gone again.

The problem is you lose all your player notes when you reinstall unless you save them and then load them back. I know it's not the end of the world, but it's highly annoying and TBH, this is just a constant issue for me. Every single time I've reinstalled it comes back, then poof, out of nowhere on it's own it randomly is gone after a day or three of use. I've reinstalled 3 or maybe 4 times including the initial installation of software.

I'm gonna try again tomorrow morning after I dig that link up again. Weird though and pretty inconvenient.

BTW, is there any reason that daily free roll to the Sunday Step 2, the one that gives away one seat to it is run at around 4:40AM everyday haha?

Is it supposed to be like a draw to keep the all nighters on, multitabling and playing cash at the wee hours?

It would be awesome if that was instead at a decent hour of some sort, even if it were the morning or early afternoon.

This might make the sound work for you - JUST RIGHT CLICK THE APPLICATION AND SELECT:

'Run As Administrator' ............... then the sound should work

Worth a try.

888rep... A couple of questions regarding NJ...

#1 when you're BB in a tournament there is a button that says check/call. If you click that and SB raises do you automatically call any bet they make? If so, that seems like a crazy button to have.

#2 Any updates on status points and rewards? All the current bonuses are awesome, but if you don't make an announcement on what you can use them for before the 10k and the winter sale ends you will lose a lot of players, which I would hate to see happen, because yours is my favorite NJ site.

See above a previous reply about the Reward VIP programme.
As for your issue about the game software can you please send that to support as they are best placed to deal with that.

Thanks

Sucks that I have to grovel for the tournament tickets that I qualify for, according to the e-mail they sent me. Then when I e-mail support asking why I didn't receive them, I get this insulting e-mail explaining what "rake" and a "flop" is. I take careful notes to make sure I play more than 30 raked hands so that I get my tickets.

The support staff that i've dealt with in the past month has been very, very bad.

>Please note, a raked hand is one played on a cash table from which we take a small percentage of the pot (rake).

If when playing at a cash table, you notice a small proportion of the pot going to the dealer, this hand has been raked.

Not all hands are raked however; we only do so when the pot reaches a certain level. An exception being when there is no ‘Flop’, where in such cases - we will not take a rake regardless of the pot size.

Can you send me your poker user name?

It would help me a ton if you guys can post your user name along with your issues as it saves a lot of time and I can try and get issues sorted out a lot quicker.

Thanks
