So I log back on only to see I'm still not getting the 100% match bonus...

Edit: They just showed up on the bonus page, but still no meter keeping track on the tables and nothing on the one page of the client, only on the pop window.

Eh, I guess they'll kick in eventually, but it would be nice to see them in action like they should be.

Alright, I was snap judging a little something here just cause of past frustrations. Still not showing up on the tables with a meter, but they are active and playing through and that's what really counts. Now when I go into my account into the bonuses when I search through them the one shows my progress into the bonus.

Thanks for the help 888 and okterrific.

I had checked there earlier but didn't think to check back. Sorry for the confusion.

Nonsense! It is all Comcast's fault, even if you have Verizon!

These disconnects happen at both 888 and WSOP at the same time. 888rep
please respond to this almost daily problem.

Tried to do a 1k bank transfer with Bank of America but it was denied. Apparently BoA is also blocking CC transfers? Should I call BoA about this?

No no. According to customer service hundreds of ppl are having issues at the exact same time due to their internet.

This is so LOL.

Was just in 10k free roll and over 10 times in 3 hrs multiple ppl got disconnected at same time.

Yes same.

And ironically, almost as some type of karmic punishment for whining so much lol, in the 25/50 cent cash game today and I'm disconnected on the river after IIRC making a bet of around $6 into a pot of about $16. It was a value bet and I wanted a call, but apparently the guy must have folded before I was sat out or I think he could have tried an angle shoot and raised me hoping my extended time bank ran out before I reconnected, thus mucking me and losing everything I had in the pot, meanwhile sitting on the near nut full house.

They really have to get their tech guys on this much stronger then they are, if they are at all.

So you were trying to ACH transfer, or you were trying to use your CC or Debit?

Also, 888rep, this 50% Rakeback and 50% tourney buy in promo, is the refund supposed to be pretty much instant to your account or is it accumulated over the week up to the max $50 and then given to you in a lump payment?

Entered a $10 tourney and must have paid a lot in rake and nothing was credited to me thus far so just checking.

Also on the free roll tickets for 30+ raked hands in a day, I must have had 100 raked hands today(100 might be a tad ambitious, but I blew the 30 out of the water) and haven't gotten the extra ticket. This should come by the next morning right?

Oh damn. I thought most such as myself had issues with debit deposits and especially Visa. I had zero trouble with an ACH transfer with PNC bank though.

AFAIK Mastercard is zero hastle to deposit though be careful, I've read on here CC's are treated as cash advances to these sites so you'll be banged that extra cash advance fee from your CC company.

It might take a day or two. Usually within the week they will pay. It is not instant.

Customer service has said it will take up to 72 hours for the tickets to show up. In other words, they won't handle a complaint about it until after 72 hours.

I emailed last evening 73 hours after I completed my raked hands. 10 hours later, they responded, and either gave me 2 tickets manually, or they eventually showed up. The system is not working very well.

But I notice the number of players has increased greatly - used to be 400-500 a nite - tonights game had 700+. So someone is getting tickets easily.

I always have my two tickets waiting for me when I wake up the next day after playing 30 raked hands. And my account is always credited the next day for rakeback and buyin refund. Today an extra $20 was put in there for reasons I do not know.

They must know how nice of a guy I am

BOA has already stated they are refusing gambling transactions.

4 out of 6 ppl at my table got disconnected last night and 6 out of 9 in the 10k free roll at the exact same time. (The guy I was in the hand with got reconnected and asked who won...lol. Yeah it was only my computers issue lol)

It was also classic when support told me they wouldn't credit me my bets because they looked at the hand # and saw that I had the worst hand. I guess support is not aware of all in bluffs.

Luckily it was only $45.

Higher limits are OFF limits until these sites get their acts together.

Is it a bank transfer or a CC transfer? I had no problem with my deposit of a bank transfer from BOA. I didn't try using CC so I don't know if that is the problem.

You could also try doing it 2x ($500).

I never complain on here. I have noticed both 888 and WSOP knocking me off at the same time too. That's why I thought it was on my end. But the other night, I saw the messages about other players were kicked off with me and added time to make a decision.

Thanks for the info sir.

I got the free roll ticket this morning.

Imagine the rakeback and what not will be later this week. It's only til January 7th and a $50 max anyway, I'm sure I'll meet that haha.

The traffic is definitely picking up just as an in general.

The actual money tourney traffic and S'n'G's still see weak, but there is pretty steady cash action and actually saw a 2/4 table rolling haha.

They need to fix the disconnect issues, if they do I think traffic is going to pickup big time by the summer.

I really hope that's the case, then we'll see some big guarantee blowouts for 4th of July week and a ton of resulting action on the cash games when the fish bust out early and just as an in general because of the draw.

max of $50 is only on the 50% of tourney buyins though...rakeback can exceed $50

Few updates.

Greendot Mastercard worked for depositing.

I did this within the app, while on the phone with customer service. He said all I need to do is enter "welcome888" as the promo code and that will cover my 100% matching bonus, and the 50% rakeback bonus.

He said to check in a day, to call back, or chat with them by hitting the chat button to check on this.

Only problem is clicking the "chat" button inside the application, does nothing.
