My nickname on 888 is zZaKoNaLz.
At the beginning of 2023, my account was frozen, and they requested address verification. The lease agreement was not accepted, they rarely responded, and only after a couple of months of interactions, they accepted the bank statement, verified the documents, and unfroze my account:

A month later, I was frozen again for the same address verification. This time, they are not satisfied with any documents: the lease agreement doesn't work, the bank statement doesn't work, even the phone or internet bill is not acceptable. Of coarse all documents with selfie. Then they asked for photos of certain pages of the passport, which they also rejected. Finally, they asked to scan the entire passport and send it in PDF format.
After a year of correspondence, I received a letter stating that my account has been blocked, and they will not return the money.
I played fair poker and was willing to provide any documents. Yet, despite this, my account was banned.
888 simply stole my money.

I have absolutely same story - played 1 month there and when tried to withdraw money got frozen.
They were asking for documents which I provided but seems like nothing satisfy them and they banned me few weeks after sending messages. They always responded me with template messages, and never even read my messages.

Also I am from Russia/my account was based in Thailand
Played fair and didn't break any rules (at least rules of big well known poker sites, not scummy 888)
