I have been a recreational user of 888poker since 2018. I am from Brazil
Recently, I went to try to make a withdrawal, and 888 asked for document verification. My ID was accepted.

The second document, which is proof of address, was denied. There have been more than 4 attempts to send various documents, and 888 simply does not accept it, and does not say exactly what the problem with the document is. Two energy bills, an English-language bank account, and nothing. And the worst thing is, when I try to contact them via chat, the attendant just says that the document was not accepted, but is unable to resolve anything, telling me to send new documents again.

In one of the email responses, I was told here that I need to send a confirmation in English. Which is impossible, since no company in Brazil does this, except the bank, which I envied and didn't accept.

I'm tired, pissed off, and I don't know what else to do.

Has anyone here ever experienced this situation? Can you tell me what can be done to resolve the situation? In particular, any Latin players who have obtained certification?
