It would be a much more difficult process in some other unregulated site but 888 has a license in Gibraltar and as such they are supposed to mantain some standards.
You can see that just in a couple days there are a few responses here claiming to be going through the same, I know it won´t be an easy process but I´d rather do this than wait for a message that most likely will never come.
When there is a binding contract in writing between two parties that covers virtually everything possible, including a formal Complaints procedure that both have agreed to follow, automated responses are certainly proper.
Have you read the T&C, thoroughly and carefully, to which you agreed, yet?
