Hello, recently the site decided to first temporarily froze my account and ask me to verity my ID by a public notary so i did.
After a few days i got an email saying they are not going to return my account back and all funds are going to be withdraw.

So after a few days i got some of the money, but some was as bonus for which after days im still waiting for a reply, i also want my account back.

So if any 888 reps are around here would like to contact them

A piece of the email 888 sent me, saying available bankroll, so my "bonus money " its not available?

Sight,

Some general points here:
-You should keep records of all your communication with the operator.

-You should proof read what you write to them (and post on this forum) before sending/posting it. Make sure that a stranger can understand what you are saying. Imagine that you're writing to someone who is smarter than you, but who knows nothing about the issue at hand.

-In the first instance, if you are unhappy with their initial decision, contact them directly, and let them know why.

-If, after directly explaining your point of view, you continue to have a dispute, ask for the issue to be escalated for re-review.

-You'll get more sympathy from the forum if you post - clearly - a copy of all correspondence with the site.

888 is regulated by the relatively legitimate Gibraltar Gambling Commission.

there wasn't much to post since they just closed my account with any explanaitions and only had 1 relevant email ( when they closed it) from 888

You should still post your emails - showing this stuff publicly gives other players the benefit of your experience when they are choosing where to play.
