Please read this before considering playing on 888 poker.

My account was blocked by 888 operations team for a month.I cant log in and i get automatic emails from their bots. I sent couple of emails but i cant get in touch with an agent.

Account closed [Reference #: 230817-003112] always the same auto email.

I dont know for what reason im blocked. They say i used prohibited tools but thats not true. I am using only holdem manager 3.

I had a bankroll around 5.700 usd and i cant acces it.

Im using gto wizzard for study and i think accidentally i remained logged in to 888 desktop app.i had no tables open and no hands dealt.
I did nothin illegal wtf.

The main problem is i cant even talk with them.
I am considering contacting uk gambling comission to share my story.

After 10 days i receieved the money.
I dont know what fees are 888 charging but i got 200 usd less, converted in gbp, whatever.

My account is still closed, for that bullshit reason,but its fine. After this i not planning play here.

With the 50% rakeback and with so many fishes and weak regs,888 was the real deal.

I see my case is not isolated, good luck for you guys who are in the same situation
