If me and a friend play 4 mans on full tilt, and chop our winnings consistently...

What is full tilt policy on this? Anybody have any experience with this?

That would be collusion. So I think FTP would be against this.

Why you do that? FT charges higher rake for 4mans so you better off playing your own HUs against other players.

But if your skills are only so-so, then maybe you need someone else at the 4 MAN TABLE!!?1/!!!?? so you can have a chance at an edge on the other two players. So maybe individual HU tourneys isnt the best way to go... AMIRITE OP?

On a serious note, if your intent is to chop everytime you get down to two in the 4mans. Then it is unfair to the other two players that are unlucky enough to draw the both of you... FT will feel the same.

Hes not wondering whether it is +ev or not to do this, he is wondering what is fulltilt policy on this. Pokerstars policy on it is that its perfectly legal because it does not provide a disadvantage to the other players, they still need 2 wins to win the 4man, and that doesnt change based on who their opponents are. I am curious as well what fulltilt policy is on this.

send them an email i know this is cool with stars. playing as a team in 4 man heads ups is not collusion you are only up against one opponent. if you and ur teammate are at the same table first all in 1st hand move on play straight up. if you make it to the second match same thing. in your matches not against your teammate just play straight. split profit. not collusion. imo. and stars'.

full tilt sucks nuts though so idk what there gonna say.

I know for sure Full Tilt doesn't allow this. PrimordialAA just had his account temporarily frozen until he explained what he was doing, at which point FTP unfroze his account and told him he wasn't allowed to play in the same tournaments as his friend.

I think Stars allows it.
