So back in 2012 i have played with my bother. I was playing since 2006. He made his account on PS in 2012 after we verified all.l with them and they gave a green light.

2020 I made a deposit on eu site to check if its working and knowing the fact that you can not have double account.

My account got frozen after 1 min..i have asked them why????

They told me who is xxxxbbbbb to me? I responded why are you asking me because we got verified and it was fixed and allowed since 2012. I even sent them the proofs! They have frozen us both while confirming all is ok 10 years ago!

So 2020. They want my brother to contact them. I sent them the proofs now.

Meanwhile i have opened new account on es site and it got verified. Spanish support knew i had on eu site frozen issue meanwhile.
Now both of mine accounts es+eu are blocked. I told them to cancel eu and transfer money to es or skrill!

My brother never logged in on his laptop with my username, we just had the same wifi. Sometines he sat next to me.

He DOES NOT USE XXXXXBBB ACCOUNT FOR 7 YEARS.

Now i am thinking after 4 years i want to come back...

If they ban me for good from eu and es site.. does this mean that my account should have never been opened in 2012 but banned for good back then. Because since 2012 i have played and cashed out many times in eu smoothly.

Problem is that when my mom died i spent 20000 eur on my credit cards on PS and am paying back that debt.

Is it legal? They've let me deposit and cashout which lead to a huge debt in 3 months span .. I have proofs i used the cards only for poker nothing else.

I now it sounds crazy but can i sue them for letting me play on account that was suposed to be banned. I mean if they block me now and take my money.. they would do it if i made 200k USD winning and ban me i am sure when i see things now.

Basically you can spend as you want but for one loop hole if potentially you win a lot if money you can get expelled easily...


The more i think the more frustrated i am why they didnt close me in 2012 then. Otherwise i wouldn't have a debt.

Ithe more j think its like this. They know what is the reason to expelled you but they agree all is ok and let you spend your money. In case you'd win big same question pops up after 10 years..

Can I sue them for fraud if they ban me now after 10 years. Why they let me olay for 7 years then.. that is the question and deposit.

It would probably be best to contact a solicitor for a legal opinion, whatever other poker players think or suggest.

If they want to change the rules over time they can do that. They can also change their mind about the same set of facts without committing fraud. eThat said, I'm not aa lawyer and I' not clear on your story or what you think they did.

You might be better off finding a friend who can translate from your native language to english as this is really badly written. Seems clear that you have not only multi accounted but have also created a 2nd account which is a breach of the terms of conditions. You have no legal case here. Feel free to put a complaint in about pokerstars shady behaviour but it's not going to mean you will get your money back.
