I think the reason they settled is GG perhaps don't seem too interested in IDs for some of the high stakes players... UKGC might not like that coupled with massive BTC deposits.

Maybe I missed something. I thought he said he didn't play another hand after getting the warning and made an account on GG through Bryn and didn't play a hand there either. Having accounts on different skins isn't against TOS, so I'm confused how they would ever keep a dollar of his money, but maybe I missed something.

Either way, I agree with whoever said he'd have gotten the same BTC amount back had btc been up a lot rather than down. So sounds like he got ****ed pretty hard overall by the entire situation.

Consider yourself as part of security looking into his account as if he did something wrong. The 'perception' could be that he thinks he was caught, so open a new account and back in business/circumvent the account being suspended for investigation.

Not suggesting the intent. But it could have been that scenario so he appears guilt of bumhunting, violation of the TOS.

If the bankroll is actually in $ (and not BTC) once the deposit is made then it is indeed a real theft... sick

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that the site itself refers to the practice as "bum hunting"? I mean, it's what we all call it, but you sort of expect they'd update the term to something more politically correct and in tune with the current age, if you get what i'm saying.

Any site where you can keep making multiple accounts through affiliates never having to provide and ID or authentication is a haven for shady behaviour. If I wasn’t an honest person I would just make another account and continue playing.

If you don’t know I made an account there in maybe Oct ish. I won a big tournament for almost 30k Canadian, won another big cash game bonus, ended up being stalked by a table script account, exposed the account making new tables and recording the goof doing this, showing how many tables he had going and baiting him and his script by opening a new table and quitting, opening and quitting after he instantly joined. During the videos I put down the site out of frustration in the video because they took so long to even respond and follow up email so they decided to ban me instead

I am flattered in a way as they must of thought I was a pro or something winning so much in a short span maybe also? Who knows ( I certainly am not, just a weekend warrior)

Anyways I would not recommend keeping any amount of money over 100$ on GGpoker given this experience. Makes you wonder indeed seems there are some shady people or decisions being made at GgPoker

What did GGPoker say was the reason for they banning you? It seems absurd they ban someone for reporting an issue with another player.

I think it's an acceptable change. Resolved means settled, or a solution found to a problem or contentious matter.

And OP asked that we made the change; for some reason or other.
