Is this the kind of thing the mods want to say if it's all the same IP address?

Obviously, that would change how reliable some of this is.
I give permission to the mods to tell you that my IP address is NOT associated with the others. I simply logged on to also post my concerns and to let it be known that I have withdrawn my funds.

Nevertheless, themrc is calling out Winning_TD to publish the story. What effect would my posting and others have on his story?

I am just 1 account but I did also notice the other low post accounts. I hope they are also different. I also stated i wanted the WPN rep to out this guy if it needs to be done but since coming in he hasn't said ****.

Doesn't matter to me in the grand scheme along with WPN anything that isn't regulated in my current state in the US i no longer have interest in.

lo.
Actually, the WPN rep did say something...

He admitted that the guy was in contact with ACR support and that he was aware of the situation. So...not only did he not "out" the guy, but he gave him credibility by confirming his story.

I have an email confirming my account balance was given incorrectly 15 hours after "funds were lost". Tell me which part is untrue and I will post the email from ACR.
OP does this mean that ACR claims that the $$$ was lost at the tables before you went through the process of verifying your wire transfer, during which they confirmed your $10k+ balance?

He might be talking about the new refund to CC or Debit card option that they have. No clue though.

Also have read something about this in other threads.

According to their site:
Get your winnings fast! The final table (top 9 players) will receive one free bank wire

Maybe they offered him this. They obviously are able to do it

I have been using 2+2 since Pokerstars was still legal in the U.S. I created this account to do P2P transfers on Lock, but got robbed so decided not to do that again. I still visit the site everyday to keep myself updated.

themrc:

In the other forum you said that someone had called you from LA and said they they were putting $50 into your account. Did you give that person any information? Was $50 ever put into your account? Did he send you an email?

Winning_TD,

I am happy to resolve offline. If you have more info or there is something that I am missing please share it with me. I think it is only fair given the situation. All I have ever asked for is for this to be reviewed. But, no one seemingly wants to help me at all. Is there something I am missing? You have my email and direct cell.

Thank You

Have you investigated anything on your end? Virus/malware scans, given more thought to other suspicious contacts?
12-20-2014 , 02:26 AM
i just wanna say that im a new account and i logged on to post about other things but saw this post and it was really juicy. i am neutral and just like the drama, as im sure is the case with most other new posters throwing in their two cents. Also, if OP dumped the money in some scheme and wanted to get a refund, I doubt he would push to make the facts of the case public. Public is pretty good at weeding out the truth amirite
12-20-2014 , 02:35 AM
Hopefully the poker rep gets to tell their side. They seem to be indicating OP is leaving out details
12-20-2014 , 02:36 AM
also coming from a neutral perspective (u can check my ip if u like) , site rep's comments sound hella shady and similar to the comments reps were making back in the days of ub and lock.

I'll curious to hear the other side of the story, if there is one, and see how and if any of this is resolved. I'm sorry that something like this is happening to the OP.

Good luck in getting some justice OP.

Yeah, what kind of "info" is the WPN guy threatening him with? What kind of shady **** is going on behind the scenes? 3 possibilities I can think of here are 1. Op chip dumped to a buddy, is trying to get a refund. Plausible considering this is the ONLY case we have heard of...why just him? 2. there was a mistake and money was somehow transferred to another account and it will be resolved. OR 3. There is some shady **** going on at WPN. I personally have not even logged in on WPN since watching the Millions fiasco go down. I doubt they will be around much longer. Kinda weird, especially since they just brought on PokerHost.

"I play more cash games than anything. I play primarily 2-4 up to 10-20 NLH and PLO (HU and 6max) and some scattered tournies (larger buyins and guarantees)
gr8belinski on ACR and Mr Anonymous on Bovada (lmao)"-themrc http://www.pocketfives.com/f10016/sc...stolen-698949/

He acknowledges his name on ACR, so why is Winning trying to threaten him with releasing his info?
12-20-2014 , 03:20 AM
I think that there is a big difference between a threat and someone saying that they'd like to tell their side of the story.
12-20-2014 , 03:23 AM
Any new accounts instantly taking OP's side must truly be new to this site.

So often, we find out in these cases that there is a lot more to the story than the OPs tell us.

We get people posting stuff like this all the time when they are the ones scamming. They've already lost the money, so they have nothing to lose and try to get forum members on their side in the hopes that the site will cave in to pressure.

LOL, what? You sound far from neutral if you're comparing this in any way, shape, or form to UB or Lock. All the rep has said so far is that there's more to the story, but they were choosing not to post any info right away. I don't see anything "hella shady" about that, and comparing it to those sites is beyond ridiculous.

Wait, what? A network that has been, in one form or another, in the business for many years, isn't going to be around much longer because they planned a big guarantee that was taken down by the same type of DDOS attacks that many sites are suffering from currently? The reason you find it weird that they just bought PokerHost is because your theory is extremely silly.

I have to say, it certainly is odd to see people with new accounts taking the time to create one and/or make one of their first posts with an older account just to come down on WPN with so little information out so far. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they haven't seen a lot of threads like these.

The thing I find most concerning is that OP hasn't lifted a finger to investigate things on his side, or if he has, he hasn't bothered to mention it.
