So tonight I'm playing some .25/.50 HU and I stack a guy... he leaves and I close the table and the $100 never goes back to my account... it now says $0 in play and my account is $100 short.

i'm pretty sure i'm not wrong.... I'm 100% right... right before I logged out after the guy quit me, I looked at my balance...

it was 1317.xx with 99.xx in play when i closed the table the balance was 1218.92 with 0.00 in play. Thats how I noticed it. I'm asking for help, not people shooting me down without any proof what so ever.

There is nothing anyone here can do unless you have screenshots showing proof. HH won't help. If you don't have them you'll have to wait for support email you back with an audit of your account. I would count on this take a few days I'm sure.

don't need anymore serious answers... I already contacted support, I'm waiting for their response, but I think this is a pretty major glitch in poker software, and it is no different then a pot being rewarded to the wrong person. I'm leaving it here so I can detail what happens. Better question is how many times has this happened and gone unnoticed?

Its so tilting to start a session, Stack someone, and end a session with less then you started with... Impossible to win that way...

you're right, but I was a little shocked... so i ran to 2p2 to let everyone know... I still think FTP needs to look into why it took almost 2 hours for money to get back to my account. MY biggest worry was that I had no real proof, and wanted at least some kind of documentation.

That's a fair comment but again you just need to ask FTP. Presumably some glitch in the software at that time.

ugh, if this really happened to you I wonder if it has happened to me and I didn't notice at the time. I keep a detailed spreadsheet of every session and my FTP balance is several hundred lower than what I have on my spreadsheet. I had previously just thought maybe I had not written down extra buyins from tilt sessions but perhaps this happened on my account. If this is a widespread software glitch how much could FTP be gaining from accounts?!?!

invest in a piece of tracking software (PT or HEM), request your HH's from FTP, import and compare. its that easy.

Wait a minute. All of the sudden problem solved? I think it was all of the sudden you realized you're a dumbass. I want to see the email from FT.

I do PT as well but it doesn't track site balance now does it.. I'd have to go back and check each and every session.

Wait for support response before start a thread on 2+2. Only when you get no response you should do this. 2 hours is a reasonable time to solve a problem.
