Hi all,
Long-term poster back from the dead...
My wife is finishing her executive MBA in a week and needs to talk to someone in casino management to pitch an idea for her final project. Nobody is selling anything, it's not spam, she just needs someone with management background in the industry to take a 15-minute phone call with her and her schoolgroup and give feedback on her idea for her final paper so she can say she dotted her i's and crossed her t's.

Someone who would be responsible for marketing or policy, not the floor-level people. Probably in marketing or customer service dept.

Post graduate business tip. Don't wait until the last week to try to speak to a senior manager in any business. She should have been networking (to at least look for a job) months ago.
As played, tell her to just start calling. Get to their assistant, plead that she needs just a few minutes of their time and hope someone let her through. Worst case, make the pitch to the assistant and use their feedback. Most likely, they'll know what the big dog would think about it anyway.
