Would u play in a game if 10% of your buyin is raked, no rake afterwards

There’s this underground cardroom that rakes 10% of your buyin but doesnt rake pots afterward. Everytime u buy chips they take a 10% fee, even for add ons.
My question is: is it worth it to play in this game? And if you played would u buyin for 100bb or more?
I personally prefer deepstack play and regularlky buyin for 200bb and match stacks whenever possible, I don’t know if it would be wise to play in this game. But currently it is my only option
