What kind of rake is beatable? What kind of rake is beatable?

My local casino offers a regular schedule of NL tournaments, but with horrendous rake.

The field is extremely weak and passive, with a large proportion of players being interstate and overseas tourists.
The following is the regular schedule:

(1) Monday night, 15-minute blinds, $60+15 ($15 rake), 10k stack, 125 runners

(2) Wednesday night, 10-minute blinds, hyperturbo, $110+20, 10k stack, 125 runners

(3) Saturday daytime deep stack special, 30-minute blinds, 20k stack, $175+$25, 125 runners

(4) Sunday "double up" 11-person sit and go, 15-minute blinds, $100 buy-in, 5k stack, first 5 win $200, game ends with 5 players left

There is no rebuy on any of these tournaments and the first blind level is 25/50. Antes start on the fourth blind level for all of these.

My question is

(1) Are any of these beatable in the long run, no matter how bad the field is?

(2) Are they realistically worth playing, in comparison to grinding cash games at say $20/hr?

(1) Almost everything with less than 100% rake is beatable if the other players are bad enough. If everyone else spends the whole tournament outside smoking and autofolds, you will win 100% of tournaments.
(2) probably not

that is great rake!

low limit tourneys in vegas are 32+13 and the like

ur talking 20% rake usually it takes like a 150-200 tourney minimum to get that kind of rake.

Welcome to live play. It does cost more to pay humans.

I agree this is good rake by live casino standards though. Enjoy.
