I deal a home game for 15-20 hours a week and would like to invest in a quality, perhaps top-of-the-line dealer chair
Suggestions are welcome thanks!

Assuming you want a chair a professional would use for hours all day every day, get something like this:
https://www.garyplatt.com/products/bx2-barona/
And make sure you get a version with adjustable back rest, seat height, and seat tilt.

Don't spend too much. Every nice chair will break in the hydraulics first.

Make sure it swivels. I remember a time when our management bought cheap chairs that broke quickly and tried to substitute player chairs until they could be replaced... workers comp claims up the wazoo.
