1. Why do you need to police/insure against angling dealer errors? The whole point of having cameras and visual-based dealing procedures is that dealer errors are readily identified on camera.

2. Why would a casino necessarily have to increase the rake by an amount it would take to cover losses? You're assuming that dealers wouldn't get better and the floors would remain as lazy as they are. At Callipygian's House of Degen, I'd expect to pay more for good dealers and good floors, and rake would probably be a little higher. But not by a huge amount, because I'd expect better performance (e.g., hands/hr).

3. At CHoDe, we don't hire perfect dealers. We train our dealers to be as good as they can be, and then punish mistakes proportional to their severity. So if you forget to move the button, you'll be forced to attend a boring ass training session on our button moving procedures. If you do it again in a short time frame, you'll sit through a boring ass training session on paying attention during boring ass training sessions and we might give a free drink to the big blind. If you do it a third time within whatever time frame, we'll pay the big blind and then fire you so you can't do it a fourth time.

And CHoDe will be closed very shortly after opening because all the players will go to the place with cheaper rake. Worse dealers/floors and all.
