Wynn is dead. Tourneys attendance has been atrocious, I would avoid. Venetian and Ceasars have the best structure. Can't comment on Aria, as I haven't played there yet. Bellagio structure is decent, but you are going to get more regulars than you are at V or C.
Venetian usually get like 75-100, Ceasars maybe 50-75, Bellagio 40-70.
