Female dealer at local casino (only place to play within 100 miles) is horrible. When not flirting (believe me, this is not remotely a plus) with the regulars and general joking around and messing up in numerous instances, she makes remarkably favored decisions toward a certain ethnic group. She has been "retrained" numerous times in the three years I have been going to this casino.
I had a "dead hand" called on me after I showed my neighbor my cards on the turn (he was all-in.) Same situation a down ago and she doesn't kill the hand on someone else.
I drop the FU-dealer and get 86'd for a year.
Do you tip that particular dealer when you return? Ban on tipping to last

It depends on several things. Is the house rule there that if you expose your cards the hand is dead? That's unlikely but some places do that. If it is the rule and you said FU you should apologize to the dealer and tip upon your return.
If it's not the rule, did you release your cards to the dealer to be killed before you insisted that the floor come and fix this incorrect ruling? If not, you're at fault for that as the floor would have fixed it and there would have been no harm-no foul and no reason for you to say FU. Dealers make mistakes sometimes, but don't have the authority to kill a hand without floor approval. So if that's the case you should apologize to the dealer and tip upon return.
Did you say FU immediately before you attempted any effort to get a floor ruling? If so you should apologize and tip upon return.
Did the floor come and back up the dealer even though it isn't actually the house rule? If that's the case, you should have said FU to both the floor and the dealer, and should never return to that card room as long as that floor and dealer are working there. That also eliminates the tipping problem altogether. Why would you want to play at such a poorly run room?
If you gave a little more detail on how you ended up allowing a dealer to kill your hand for something that in most places never kills a hand, it would be helpful to narrow down the possibilities.
