This is very true. I remember when I left AZ Charlie's and started at the Paris. The dealers said it was a mistake and "unsafe" to leave one property to go to an "unknown", like the Paris. Which in Vegas, for the unfortunate, it's sometimes true. Casinos can be brutal when they first open.

These are suitable for the time being. Take what you want from the rest and form an "extra board". They will make good replacements in the event that one of our regular employees.. slips up.
****, the rest can hit the door."
I went from making $3ok/yr to $6Ok/yr. My point is that some people don't realize their options in life. Fear and distrust (and lack of options in some cases) can keep people in a perpetual "staticness".. too unsure to be able to think clearly (and carefully).
That and people who want things easy in life often love to blame others for what happens to them. Instead, it's more likely they've chosen to remain "static".
It's not me. It's you.
Truth is.. you got hired
because you went looking for a job. Did you somehow forget how to look? No. You're just scared [and static]. Like a deer about to **** himself.
I'm only ****ing around. Everyone needs to complain sometimes. We should just be smarter and more effective when we do.
As a dealer, you certainly hear more than (what should be allowed of) your fair share of complaining.
