This seems to be happening more lately than I've ever seen.

Examples: in a must move game (two must moves into main) late at night particularly, they are letting regulars move from main to must move and leaping others from must move 2 to stale main, according to wishes of regulars. Never seen it quite so blatant.

Also, the run twice negotiating before calls with other players in pot behind is outrageous.

This is a room losing control and integrity of the rules, not even gray area. Blatant.

What to do? Best room around in other ways.

0- talk with other players and make sure it's not all in your head

1- complain to poker room supervisor

2- complain to supervisory jurisdiction, if it is in fact a game integrity issue (which I don't think this is)

3- vote with your wallet and play elsewhere

maybe "list adherence" is a better term than game integrity but also that potting and whispering "I'll run it twice if you raise" intended to go unheard at other end isn't real gray. And some of the clientelle is so gangster the dealers and floor are obv afraid and get run the hell over. It's happening. They've lost control. Floor knew it all, was involved in it, and embarrassed.

1) Complain to floors. or
2) Complain to room manager. or
3) Complain to Gaming Commission (re unchecked collusion). or
4) Go elsewhere. or
5) Live with it.

I'm not sure I am getting this. But it looks like that at some point the room is treating all 3 games as main games. Before pursuing this further you should verify if this is the case or not.

If Floors are being paid off then this is a room integrity problem and I would likely stop playing there. Game selection and seat selection are keys to winning in cash games and if that isn't on the up and up, then you are definitely playing at a disadvantage and especially considering your other thread about how you are looked at.

Are Floors allowed to accept tips in this room? If so, that is likely what is happening. If not they may be accepting money anyway. Or it could be preferential treatment to regs they like.

As to the run twice negotiations before other players in the pot have called, WTF? That has a collusion air to it and must be shut down. If the room refuses to shut it down then I would either stop playing in the room or go to the gaming commission. But I warn you that gaming commissions may not know squat about poker and they may be in cahoots with the poker room. Depends on whether this is a Native American casino (you could get lucky or not) or a card room in a state with legalized gambling (they should enforce the rules properly)...

So to recap, you play late at night with a bunch of gangsters (enough to fill at least 2.5 tables), they're cheating, and you want to know what to do?

fudging is better description than cheating, gray areas, really pushing it though. Bogie had it exactly right in that at some point late they are treating the former 1-2-3/main must move sequence as three separate games, but that I'm convinced is because homies wanted out of the dead main. Indian. You can't change it. Good luck blowing the whistle. You just deal with it. I did quit the main and when moved out of sequence and went to a hold'em table. Very good room going a little crazee.

It's #5. It's hard to control a room, it takes a very strong hand. They start giving in even a little to the players/regs they take miles. Basically you just keep playing if the game is good its' just that some of these issues are regrettable and seem on the rise.
