Its not rake back because its not actually based on the amount of rake the player has paid or generated but lots of players who came from the online world seem to think of it as the equivalent of rakeback.

And at the end of the day, you get a part of your rake back, no matter how it's calculated.
Just look on Bravo. I quickly looked and found that Bally's, Golden Nugget and Tropicana are all currently offering rakeback. You gotta put in a significant amount of hours though.
