long story short i got 86d from a casino a few years ago for hitting a jackpot underage

im finally of age and i havnt stepped foot in there since the ban


when i got banned i gave them my real name fake address
and they took my photo and i signed some paperwork


My name is pretty common so im wondering

would i be better off just going back with glasses and a hat and getting a players card


or will they catch me?

I think if they catch you, there are going to be more serious issues this time. It's probably time, as a more mature adult, to make an appointment to speak to someone there in person.

Just talk to someone and provide them the real information. It's better to admit than get caught and most people are going to much more forgiving after that, especially when they can get a new customer.

If you want to go back there and play, and you're finally of legal age...then why not just act like a mature adult and call to schedule an appointment to find if the ban has been lifted, opposed to, trying to be sneaky all over again and getting that hammer hit on your head all over again...

But you do what you want, of course. I did hear Ray Bans are on sale.

Why didn't you mention that you already went back ... when you were still underage?

They'll catch you, probably sooner rather than later. Schedule an appointment to see if your ban can be lifted.

i can't step on the property so how do i speak with someone about my case
( i heard for bans the only way to get unbanned is if a casino employee vouches for you and schedules a hearing and since its been years i lost contact with all the regular employees i knew)

i would like to go back and since theres a chance my ban could not get lifted
i was wondering if the better option would be just to blend in and not draw attention to myself

You probably don;t need anyone to vouch for you, you probably don;t need a hearing. If you are of age now they are probably quite happy to lift the ban.

Pickup the phone, call the casino. Ask to speak to the casino manager, or the security supervisor. They will direct you as to who you need to speak to. Give them your "new address".

this casino is very large and to be banned you have to commit some heinous atrocity so they don't really unban people willy nilly it requires a hearing i know that for a fact

it has been a long time since i went there so i just didn't want to risk drawing attention to myself if can get away with just blending in and being a cog in the machine and in the off chance i do hit another jackpot argue that the banned person is somebody different as they don't have my social or address

also at the time of ban i got a case # but i lost it

5 years is a long time. Just go back and play. If they say anything be cooperative and ask what the process is to be reconsidered.

When you are, pick up the phone and call security. Be courteous and contrite. Trust me, every adult has done stupid **** when they were younger and they'll decide to lift your ban depending on what they see in you at the time you call (and probably an in person interview) rather than what's on your file.

Sorry. Misread your other post. But still, you were banned from Casino X for being underage but then snuck into Casino Y to play.

Now that you are of legal age but still banned at Casino X, you want to sneak in instead of clearing the matter up like an adult.

I sense a pattern.

To be banned often means to be trespassed. Do not go back to the property with the intent of apologizing if you get caught. You might be apologizing in handcuffs.

Think of it as free-rolling. Instead of defying the ban and sneaking in, you can call and ask about the possibility that someone in your situation can get the ban lifted (and I have known players who have been banned and got back in after waiting and apologizing) and if they say no you can still try to sneak in. You don't even have to give your name. You can just ask if it is an avenue worth pursuing.

Sounds legit. Who doesn't have a dozen stories about hitting BBJs at casinos before they hit puberty?

I know that bad beat story is kind of a derail... But do rooms pay BBJs in chips? I've seen lots of other promotions with chips, but never a BBJ.
