Post any public cardroom closings here (updated list in first post) - Page 5 - Poker Card Room

Last night when I looked, Orange City and a few other rooms in central FL were still open. I expect they'll all be closed by today or tomorrow, but I have no specific reason to believe this.

I work for one of the Central FL rooms and our owner sent everyone an email stating we’re staying open until the state forces us to close. We could soon be the last live poker room left open in the entire country.

Inexplicably, Daytona and Orange City have sent out email promotions today touting the fact that they are STILL open. SMH.

Sounds like until the governor forces them to close. I work for one of the other FL rooms that’s still open and we’re hanging on until the bitter end, even though we’ve lost more than half our traffic.

Apparently FL is unaffected by the virus. The beaches are packed with hundred of people as well.

If its not time to edit OP to "everything" yet, it sure does fill like it in CA.....there are a lots of cardrooms in CA that are closed, not listed in OP list....and a bunch more I assume are or will be by end of week. : /

Naples-Fort Myers greyhound track & poker room closed their poker room Tuesday night. Still open for live and simulcast racing though.

At this point it’s Daytona, Orange City, Oxford Downs and Ocala-Gainesville poker, all in Florida. Thunder Valley in California? I think that might be the entire list...

Don't know if it has been said elsewhere in the thread, but the first post should show ALL casinos in OH closed. No question. By order of the Governor. All bars are closed. Restaurants can only do carry-out or delivery. Beauty parlors, nail salons, barber shops, and tattoo parlors closed. Bowling alleys and other entertainment venues closed. No gatherings of over 50 people allowed.

For any states where I'm not reporting "all casinos" closed, but it is all casinos (either because I've listed them all, or because it is by order of the state), just chime in with that here. I am not trolling the news for every state, and don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of all the casinos in each state... you guys will have to help out.

Correct, they’re not on Bravo. They closed at midnight along with Oxford Downs. So unless there’s any smaller rooms still open that aren’t listed on Bravo, there is no live poker in the US at this moment.

Yeah it has to be, it’s been showing that for several days. All Michigan casinos are closed.

Oh I know, we’re 3 miles away from the Villages. It’s one of the largest retirement communities in the country. I’m amazed we didn’t close sooner.
