Good idea. If it ends up becoming a decent sized list, we'll put and maintain the list in the OP.

Lots of rooms are canceling tournament series. I wasn't going to keep track of that, since it's happening all over the place... just actual room closings.

This will be a good resource if we keep speculations and rumors out of it. Let's keep it to announced closings only.

5 mins ago, Hollywood Casino Columbus just announced via their Facebook page that they are now temporarily closed. This is due to the executive order by Ohio governor Mike Dewine.

The Ohio gaming commission met earlier today and declared that all Ohio casinos have until midnight to comply with the governor's order banning gatherings of over 100 people (I earlier thought it was 1k people).
While I cannot confirm the closings of the other 3 Ohio casinos, I expect they'll follow suit since the mandate has come from the state governor and gaming commission.

Excerpt from an email I just received from Foxwoods (bold is mine):

Gaming:
• Poker Tournament and Live Action Tables closed Monday, March 16 until further notice
• Bingo closed Saturday, March 14 until further notice
• Racebook and Keno closed Monday March, 16 until further notice
Table Games:
• Rainmaker, Cedar, and Fox Tower closed Monday, March 16 until further notice.
• Grand Pequot Tower and all Electronic Table Games will remain open.

Now confirmed that all 4 Ohio casinos are closed for an indefinite period. Plans must be submitted to the gaming commission on how the casinos will operate within the guidelines of three governor's mandate.

All Illinois casinos have ceased operations, and the current timeline given is 2 weeks.

Rhode Island casinos have closed as well. Their current timeline is 1 week.

All Illinois casinos are closed from Sunday night at midnight. Reopen scheduled for Monday, March 30.

Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh is closing for 14 days, including the poker room.

mod: you did (iirc), but then you edited it into a blank message, so I deleted it when I was cleaning up the thread.

Not closed yet, but New York casinos are now playing 6 max in poker, reduced seating/standing on table games, and half the slots are disabled so people are more spread out.

Which NY casinos? Was that a government order, because there are Indian casinos and four non-Indian casinos?

This is a pretty big one. I'd expect some other CA Card Clubs to follow.

Resorts World Catskills is 6 handed, just called and Rivers is 5 handed. Not sure about the rest. It was an agreement with the government.

Foxwoods is closing their table games after Sunday.

The Matrix is also closed. From their website:

Lucky Chances and the Oaks have suspended tournaments; the Oaks has also postponed high hand ticket drawings, which tend to draw very large crowds.

Just got an email from parx. They are closed until at least March 29th
