Of course you should complain to the WSOP. These decisions are totally in the control of the WSOP. They own the room.

If there is enough of a subscriber base PokerGo may be able to convince the Rio to offer up a second TV table room in the future or let them pick which final table to stage in the TV table room. But in their first year there is no way the WSOP is going to let a media partner that isn't ESPN have any say in who plays where and when.

would have paid $10 just to watch deeb vs yu but i guess pokergo would rather try to entice me with another boring unlimited texas holdem tournament complete with zingers from norman chad

Actually last night it said the next streamed event is Wednesday so I don't think that one will be streamed either unless final table is tomorrow

yea, someone messed up somewhere. in the original schedule posted on PN, it says that its streaming the $5K 6max on the 21st June. This matches what it currently says on their website. However, the $5K 6max will be playing down to a winner today (unless an extra day is needed like in a couple of events)

Funny how nobody in this so called 'poker media' has reported on WSOP's controversial decision and the ensuing outcry by the poker community (which they must be aware of) to outsource the streaming of their events to Pokergo and the terrible job Pogergo are doing at it...

No. It has always been scheduled as a 4 day event, finishing tomorrow.

They plan on playing down to the final 6 today, ready for the stream tomorrow.

Controversial? We are seeing stuff we have not been able to see before. We usually get 2 one hour, assuming a game didn't run long or the shows didn't get bounced to espn u that no one knew about. Plus we we saw was already done way before hand. Has Poker Go been percect, no. Could they show a wider variety of games? Of course But most people have enjoyed it and we will see more "live" poker that we've ever seen before. For $10. The outcry is from a dozen or so people here that would conplain about a free steak.

Dude. You obviously oblivious to the live streams in previous years, covering pretty much every final table, without charge.

Must've cost the WSOP a lot. No wonder they didn't want the expense any more and farmed it out.

What about all the events that we used to get before, that they cant be bothered to show now and we get the privilege of paying $10 for it...

Ive actually lost interest in the WSOP this year, probably because i haven't been able to watch any events and thats not changing because there's no way IN HELL i will subscribe to that service. I wouldn't pay $3 month, they haven't done enough. Period.

I feel like they put ZERO effort in attracting subscribers Its almost like they took for granted that every WSOP/poker fan would just shut up and pay up.

Plus, Its the internet, lets us b***h.

and I 100% blame the WSOP for this. They should have assured pokergo put together a streaming schedule that was in similar in scope to what WSOP fans have had in the past. But they didn't.

WSOP dropped the ball on this.

Does anybody have any idea what it cost WSOP/Caesars to stream their events like they did last year? $500,000, $1,000,000, $2,000,000?

Great thing about last years stream were so many pros wanting to help out and jumped in the booth to commentate if they weren't playing that day or busted, get to see all different perspectives of great poker minds.. now it's cringe worthy

The fact that they thought it was a good idea to stream the seniors event is just so lol like I want to know who was the guy that gave that the ok lol

It'll be better for the main event but it's been worse than last year in other events.

Exactly. I don't understand how people think that one stream every other day is better than two streams a day with a rare day off.

so apparently tomorrow they are streaming the 5k instead of the limit hold em? the limit has a ton of notable people left with final 20 remaining.

In years past they streamed way more final tables, and many more non-nlhl games. The subscription fee and their shady cancellation policy isn't an issue as far as I'm concerned - only my ability to watch the final tables I like (non hold-em), and its much more restricted this year than it has been in the past few years.

pokergo might be the worst run company in history. How is the 10k limit not being streamed?

If Hellmuth and Negreanu make the final table of the $10k Limit and they don't show it, I'm canceling immediately. I don't really like either of them, but it would be such a horrible business decision I have to out of principle.
