5 percent? Which is much higher than some dope at the table taking from your stack. If the dishonest dealer knows you are watching, he wont take from your pots. Its pretty common in Vegas. In fact, ive seen it, and reported it, at a 2/4 game. He was pushing loose chips to his buddy player at the table. There are several variations, AS IM SURE YOU KNOW. The point is everyone treats dealers like angels,when in fact, they steal more than the guy next to you.

I've seen people miscount calls quite often and the dealer just ignores it...esp in Vegas, where lots of dealers switch every two weeks...
