What bothers you the most at a live table?

- when someone says things like well played when a monkey couldve won money in the same situation. Saw this last session.

They get it in on the turn. Its a set of deuces vs. Kq. Everyone ay the table is like wow nicely played. Way to go on that one. Congratulating people on being on the good end of a cooler. Awesome.

- having the dealer stare at me when I win a 10 dollar pot that they rake the **** out of bcuz I didn't tip a dollar

Lol yeah nice catch. When people say nice hand or well played they just think of the money they won.

But a pet peeve of mine is, when a idiot makes a horror call and thinks he is good.

Any post showdown analysis when someone wins a pot and immediately says "I KNEW IT THE WHOLE TIME."

You raise or 3bet QJdd on Td9d5x and get there on the turn or river and AT calls all streets and is furious about how lucky you got to get there. "I knew I was ahead the whole time and you had nothing".

Where to begin???

1. When a guy not in the hand calls the clock on someone who's making a big decision for multiple buy-ins

2. When I raise 4x with AA and get six callers

3. When player not in the hand demands, "both hands, dealer!" at every all-in showdown

4. When a guy tries to show one card at showdown and doesn't want to reveal his weak-azz kicker

5. Guys who try to play Mike Sexton at the table, analyzing every hand

6. People who don't know the difference between slow-roll and slow-play. well, actually they're good for the game usually

7. People who bust and say, lock my seat, and then don't come back -- prolly cause the ATM denied them

anyway some dude was like "damn i would of won that pot!" No **** thats why i bumped it to 100...so your ass cant crack my aces.

Lol I say "I had X Y and I would have won that pot" a lot of times at the tables. It entertains the fish, and makes regs think I'm a fish too.

I just can't bring myself to say these things

I don't mind this at all. I like some conversation at the table, and hey, I can't help myself.

My peeves:

• People who take extended dinner breaks or smoke breaks or go to the blackjack table breaks and disappear while the waiting list has 40+ players.
  
• People who have their headphones on and music so loud that they can't follow the action.
  
• Sunglasses. Dude you're inside.
  
• People who never speak except to waitresses or to announce their hand. Make pleasant conversation with me occasionally and I will stick around even when I know you may be as good as me. Stay isolated in silent headphone mode and show no interest in me or the other folks at the table and I move. Keep the table light and friendly so fish will want to stay.
  
• People who feel compelled to talk "advanced" poker strategy at the table or talk about how much cash they have frozen on FullTilt or PokerStars or wherever. Why try to intimidate the rec players? I love to talk strategy, but I do it here and not in the casinos. (BTW Chicago poker addicts - PM me. I could use a poker buddy).

But whatever happens, I do what I can to remember that a poker table full of annoying degens is way better than a good day at the office.

People who get mad at people who make bad plays. These are the people who make the game good for us. Sure they suck out, but let them play that way.

People who berate fish.

People who train fish.

Rules nits who push fish off the table.

People who get irritated by fish.

So you not understanding the concept of encouraging bad plays is my pet peeve.

4x? Online is dead. You are not in Kansas anymore. Figure out what it takes to get most of em out. It is clearly not 4X. Figure out how to beat a table preflop calling stations and be glad you are not playing a bunch of nits.
People who get offended by what I am wearing. My sunglasses are made to be worn inside. I wear them for a different reason. Figure it out.

I am not offended by your stupid shades, just annoyed. If you want to give off even fewer tells, I would try a burkah.

it's been so carefree and easy after the first session that it would be hard to piss me off

- people who have played 200 hands in their entire life and then act like the smallest suckout is the biggest suckout to ever have happened in the history of poker.

- people saying "im priced in" live when they put 25% of their stack in preflop with rags. i could careless that they are really bad its just them announcing their fish reasoning at the table can be annoying

I think this one belongs in B&M. So off it goes.

The only things that really annoy me are people who constantly go out of turn and people who fling their cards carelessy when folding and cards get exposed. It happens sometimes but when it happens often by the same player it is very annoying and I speak up. I love when the guy says I have been playing poker since before you were born which somehow justifies his douchey behavior in his mind.

Guys that think I'm sitting there for the sole purpose of listening to every bad beat they've ever taken in their lives.

honestly though nothing really bothers me im just so happy to be able to get away from the wife and sit there and have a good old game of cards its wonderful !!

If im really honest I hate to sit down to a table thats always on about the way certain hands have gone and how many outs people had and alike.
