I do not think that rozvadov is terrible but i am also not a great fan. there is not much to do around that small town except going for walks in the forest. at least if you are not interested in buying drugs from some shady market or prostitution. so personally i would not want to stay there for more than 7 days.
I'm pretty sure none of the poker rooms at German casinos open before 5 or 6PM unless there's some kind of tournament series.
I think the same goes for casinos in Austria and Holland, but I can't remember ever being in one during the day.
King's Casino in Rozvadov is 24/7 in theory but from my experience cash game action doesn't get going before the first tournaments of the day which is 3PM on most weekdays. Earlier on the weekends. Haven't been there in a couple years though.
