You'd be better off playing at Bellagio, their 50K LKR buyin game has blinds of 500/500 so plays deeper. The staff are also a lot more professional.
Avoid Bally's like the plague, while it is soft there is 5% uncapped rake. Let me know if you have any other questions, been to Sri Lanka a lot.

I went to Bellagio Colombo in Srilanka to play texas hold'em poker.
There are good hospitality and nice service.
They have 2 poker table and one table is only working at night from Monday to Tuesday.
Blind was 500LKR/1000LKR (USD$3/$6). min buy-in is 400$
It was slightly high stakes for me.
I cannot get some draw hand, so I lost some money.
but poker table's condition was soft and very loose.
