some info from someone who actually has been there often:
a) they have "big tournaments" always ... one series follows after the other
you have to differentiate between real big series (like wsop europe coming up for example), and their "regular" series, meaning huge fields (2000 players or whatever) with 8 starting days and buy in like 199ish, during those series the cash game action is only good during the weekends (fri-sun), because then you have the regular weekend crowd coming in on top. during the week its like 15 tables 1-3NL and 2 tables 2-2 plo, nothing special
during the real big series there's lots of cash games all the times, but also better players obviously.
b) wiesbaden and barcelona have decent games, cyprus only when they have tourneys running
c) eastern europe (have friends in rumania and bulgaria): mostly all games are private, no chance to get in
