whats the best way to convert live hands to a readable format for posting hands ?

I use the app "poker memo" on my iphone.
From memory its free and its better than some paid apps i have bought and that are not as good.
If you want just a poker keyboard without it transforming action into a hand history: "HH keyboard"
Not sure if they have it from android and other phones.
