Let's say 8 poker room managers from the local area all came to another casino to play poker together and they invited that room's manager to play with them as well to make the game 9-handed game. Would this be allowed in Nevada?

Anything goes in Nevada. I've played against floors on their day off, against dealers while they were on the clock, all allowed. As a rule I avoid those tables unless they're big fish (which they often are) or are hot.

It's possible that a State Gaming Regulation would prohibit it, but not likely. It would be more up to the room to set the rules. Our newest casino just recently has allowed Dealers to play, but neither the Dual Rates or full-time Floors can. I would tend to agree that it's not wise to have subordinates deal to supervisors. GL

“Key employee” usually refers to employees with significant operational power like president, CEO, COO and directors. For casino purposes, that might be the same group of people who are required to have a non-restricted gaming license?
