I'm surprised that nobody has asked the obvious question, which is also the answer to the OP's question.

Why is it that the poker dealers and floors aren't cold? It's because they're not sitting still the for hours at a time. The simple act of pitching cards and reaching for chips and mucked cards is enough to raise a body's temperature enough to make it comfortable in a cold room. Yes, I realize that some of the dealers (especially the really skinny ones) are cold, but you get the idea.

And the floor people are on their feet the whole day and none of them are ever cold.

The solution is simple. Move around once in a while. Get up at least once or twice an hour and stretch your legs. Even if you're afraid of missing a few hands, get up and pace around a bit once in a while during hands when you fold preflop. You can still keep an eye on the table and make it back before the next hand begins.

This will make a huge difference.

Also, pack a sweater or a sweatshirt. Or if you have long hair and don't want to mess it up, bring something with a zipper.

Nah, sorry, no offense intended.

It's just that in my many years of working in different offices in different parts of USA, it's usually 99.9% women who complain about it being cold (some at my current work even have heaters under their desk).

But my honest suggestion would be to layer up (after seeing your doctor and getting bloodwork checked).

Carry on.

Get a rechargeable electric hand warmer. As a bonus, these can also double as a power bank for your phone.

Rash guard and spats if you are that uncomfortable/thread

Fully Zip-up fleece jacket (not pullover) with a t-shirt under and a scarf (during Winter), adjust as needed without messing up your hair.

Well, a sure-fire solution is to get a spacesuit and environment pack. A bit pricy, but it will keep you comfortable in temperatures from -110 to +350.
