Not too many, but it's amazing how many I'd forgotten, so it took me a few minutes.
I'll present them chronologically in a way that sort of charts my progression as a player:
2003
Harrah's New Orleans, LA (first drunken attempt at live poker, ran good)
The Oaks, Emeryville CA (on the way home from China, ran hot)
2004
Grand Casino, Gulfport, MS (golf vacation, ran bad)
Grand Casino, Tunica, MS (driving up to New England, ran bad)
Foxwoods, CT (on the way to France, ran bad)
Aviation Club, Paris (first live tournament cash, a 500 Euro WPT chip I sold at a horrible discount)
Tropicana, Atlantic City (on the way home from France, ran hot)
Hollywood, Bossier City, LA (fleeing Hurricane Ivan, ran drunk)
2005
Grand Casino, Biloxi, MS (golf vacation, ran bad)
The Palace, Biloxi (fleeing Hurricane Katrina: played final hand before casino closed at midnight, ran and ran)
Alladin, Las Vegas, (ran good)
Circus Circus, Las Vegas (ran hot)
Bellagio, Las Vegas (ran bad)
Wynn, Las Vegas (ran good) (post-Katrina Vegas getaway, stayed at Circus Circus. Woof.)
2006
Boomtown Casino, Harvey, LA (waiting for Harrah's to open post-Katrina, ran good)
Beau Rivage, Biloxi, MS (new poker room and a pool/hot tub spa for wife, ran fair and continue to do so there)
2007
Excalibur, Las Vegas (2nd Vegas trip, light years better than first time. Stayed and played mostly at Wynn, but got in some drunken $2-$4 here).
Imperial Palace, Biloxi, MS (cashed in a WPT prelim tourney, treated wife to weekend away, ran good)
2008
Gold Strike, Tunica, MS (fleeing Hurricane Gustav, ran fair, cashed in small daily tourney)
2009
Belle of Baton Rouge, Baton Rouge, LA (killing time while wife had a hula-hooping gig, did not run at all)
