My list isn't nearly as cool, as I've got other things to do in Vegas than play poker.
Arizona:
- Casino Arizona (both south in the original tents before ANY of the new buildings, and in the current location)
- Gila River Wild Horse Pass
- Gila River Vee Quiva
- Fort McDowell (back when they moved out of trailers full of smoke)
- Harrahs Ak Chin (my first Harrahs card was activated there 15 years ago -- or so I found when I went there 8 days ago for a small tournament)
- Cliff Castle Casino (before the rebuild, but have visited since)
- Several strip-mall "Card Rooms" in the Phoenix area..
California:
- One of the Sacramento "card rooms" - Rancho's Club, methinks.
- Viejas on I-8 outside of San Diego
- Morongo on I-10
- San Manuel outside of San Bernardino
- Commerce in LA
- Bay 101 in San Jose
Vegas:
- Excalibur (my first!, with dealers raking quarters and getting tipped in silver!!!one1!)
- Binions
- Golden Nugget
- Imperial Palace
I've been in most of the "big" rooms in Vegas, but too often find myself with company that isn't interested in me sitting at a poker table for hours on end when I could be teaching them to shoot craps.
